Because the SDCTE Constitution has not been revised since 1994, the Executive Board has worked on some changes needed to make the document a more realistic picture of how our affiliate works. To make these revisions official, all of the changes must be ratified by a majority of the SDCTE membership. The constitutional revisions will be discussed and voted upon during the annual business meeting, to be held during the Awards Banquet Friday night, March 23.

Changes in the constitution have been proposed for Article III: Officers and Article IV: Meetings. Changes have also been proposed in the By-Laws for Article I: Dues; Article II: The Executive Committee; and Article III: Programs.
